Mediation & Family Law Services offer a  free consultation to those who contact us seeking services related to accessing the family law court system. During your consult, your questions will be answered and if you agree to our services, an appointment is set up to meet with you.  Our staff is available for weekend day and evening appointments for your convenience. Once we have had an opportunity to meet and the necessary paperwork completed, your documents are ready for filing with the Clerk of Court  If mediation services are needed , we offer on site mediation with a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator.  Additionally we offer free Notary services to our clients and have reasonable fees without an up front retainer.

What We Do

Mediation & Family Law Services can assist you with the completion of paperwork, and provide mediation services in the following areas:

• Pro se Divorce: If you are seeking a divorce with children, without children, with property or without property and do not have legal counsel representing you,  Mediation & Family Law Services can provide the services needed to obtain a dissolution of marriage. And if you want to have a legal representative review the paperwork prior to filing with the court, that practice is encouraged by Mediation & Family Law Services staff.  If you and your spouse are able to work out a marital settlement with the help of a mediator, Mediation & Family Law Services can work with you on a settlement agreement  through the help of a  Florida  Supreme Court Certified Mediator.

• Modification of or a change in previous  court orders

• Need a Name change for a child, family or adult

• Paternity Issues: visitation of children, child support and custody 

• Temporay custody under Florida Statute751: If you  are seeking custody of a child and the parties are all in agreement with the temporary change, the tempory cusitody paperwork can be completed with ease.

• Step Parent Adoption: If all parties agree the adoption for a step parent is completed with ease.
• Other Documents we can help you complete other documents such as a Quit Claim Deed, Power of Attorney and/or a Living Will.

Mediation & Family Law Services offer 25 years of professional experience working with families in a number of settings. Specifically more than 150 mediation sessions have been completed by our Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator who is also an expert witness in the area of child protection in the state of Florida and is deemed such by two Florida Judicial Circuits. Additionally the mediatior has completed 40 hour Parent Coordinator Traning which focuses on helping parents move forward after divorce to raise healthy children with both parents involved in their children's lives.
