Mediation & Family Law Services is a service designed to help comsumers access the court system through assistance with required paperwork, notarize documents and provide mediation services.

Mediation & Family Law Services offer 25 years of professional experience working with families in many different settings. With more than 150 mediations completed, we are qualified to meet your needs with confidence and expertise.

Our fees are set and payable as work is being completed.  Our fee schedule is as follows for assistance with completion of paperwork:

Pro se Divorce with children:

$250.00

Pro se Divorce without children: $225.00

Pro se Divorce with property: $250.00

Pro se Divorce without property: $225.00

Modification of current court orders: $150.00

Paternity Issues: $200.00

Custody under Fl. Statute 751:  $250.00

Name Change: $100.00 -$150.00

Step parent Adoption: $300.00

Additional services Warranty Deed,Quit Claim Deed, Power of Attorney & Living Will.

These prices do not include the cost of filing fees required by the court. These costs are paid direclty to the Clerk of Court.

Mediation sessions: $150.00 per hour. A completed Mediated Marital Settlement Agreement document ready for filing with court: $200.00. Not all cases will require a mediation session and not all cases will require a Marital Settlement Agreement.  In some cases in a pro se divorce if the parties agree on all issues of a settlement, their settlement will be included in the pro se divorce packet.

Mediation & Family Law Services has qualified professional staff who have the following degrees and certifications: Florida Supreme Court certified family mediator; Master of Science Degree Psychology & Counseling; State of Florida Expert Witness in area of Child Protection and completed 40 hour Parent Training course focusing on children of divorce.
