Mediation & Family Law Services

Mediation & Family Law Services staff are available for appointments weekends both days and evenings.  We are also available week day evenings for your convenience. After contacting us and you have had an opportunity to have questions answered, discuss fees and an appointment time is set up if you decide to use our services.

Notary services are available on site to our clients and free referrals are provided to other professionals if needed. For example, at any time while working with us, you determine you need legal advice, Mediation & Family Law Services offer free referrals to legal professionals in the area.

We offer services at a reasonable cost and with our number of years of experience we will be able to assist you quickly through the process.

If you need assistance obtaining a divorce, make it as easy and simple as possible with our help.  We have the current and approved court forms ready for completion.  After completion of forms, we can set up mediation on site to mediate a marital settlement agreement.

When you need to have a current court order modified, we can assist you through the process.  We have the current forms and can help you through the entire process including setting up mediation sessions to help you reach a settlement.
